Mailclient user guide
Mailclient is Wolf-Cloud's browser-based mailbox for reading, organizing, and sending email. You do not need to install an app. Open the Wolf-Cloud Mailclient sign-in page and sign in with your normal Wolf-Cloud mailbox username and password.
Your mailbox is your account
Mailclient does not have a separate password. If your mailbox password changes, use the new password the next time you sign in.
Start here
- Open the Wolf-Cloud Mailclient sign-in page.
- Enter your full Wolf-Cloud email address.
- Enter your mailbox password and select Sign in.
- Complete the second verification step if prompted.
On your first successful sign-in, Mailclient creates your preferences automatically. Your existing server folders and messages then appear in the mailbox.

Before you begin
Use a current version of Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari. JavaScript and cookies must be enabled. Passkeys require a browser and device that support WebAuthn; browser notifications also require your permission.
Mailclient works on desktop and mobile screens. On a narrow screen, use the menu button to open the folder sidebar and the back control to return from a message to the list.
